Here are the most common questions our customers may have while shopping with us.

PLACING ORDERS

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We offer different types of payment: Shopify Payment, PayPal, Bank debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. At the check out page you will have an opportunity to select what kind of payment is most suitable for you. You may also find logos of payment systems we accept at the bottom (Footer section) of every page of our web-store.

Q: I don't have an account with you and do not wish to open one, can I still pay for my order?

A: Yes, this is called Guest Checkout. We use Payment Processing system provided by Shopify which gives you the opportunity to pay for your order even without having an account with us. Simply follow the instructions on the screen at the Checkout.

Q: Is it secure to pay on your website?

A: Yes, of course! We use SSL certificate on our servers which provides an encrypted data transfer. Shopify Payment Processing system is one of the most secure on the market and it guarantees you an extra protection as all payments processed independently and securely.

Q: Can I amend or cancel my order?

A: Yes, of course! Once you placed an order you can proceed to your account here to see your order status and available options.

DELIVERY

Q: Do you offer a free delivery?

Yes, we offer a free delivery for all orders of £20 and above in the United Kingdom. See our Delivery Rates page for more details.

Q: I live outside the United Kingdom. Do you deliver to my location?

A: Yes, we should. See a lit of destinations on our Delivery Rates page for more details.

Q: When I get my order delivered?

A: Depends on what shipping service you selected at checkout and what is the destination of your order. For UK standard orders we aim to deliver it within 3 working days. Next Day delivery usually takes place on a next working day if placed before 2pm (except weekends and Bank Holidays). For Europe destinations it usually takes around 5-7 working days. Worldwide destinations may take up to two weeks.

Q: Do you deliver on weekends?

A: We use Royal Mail for light parcels and DPD for heavy ones (over 2kg), so it depends on your order total weight and courier's terms and conditions. Royal Mail deliver 6 days a week while DPD service may vary across the country. Some areas in the United Kingdom have been selected to trial a Sunday delivery which we find beneficial but cannot guarantee that.

Q: What if I order during Public Holidays?

A: All orders placed on or before Bank or Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Q: My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

A: In some cases it may take a few days longer to deliver your order, but if you wait for more than 10 working days, then, of course, it's time to contact us. Open our Contact Form here and give us your order details (date of order and/or order number). We will contact you as soon as possible with more information.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Q: Do you provide free returns?

A: Yes, in case if it's our or courier's fault (i.e. damaged in transit, wrong item received) and only if your item has never been used or opened. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.

Q: How many days I have in order to return my order/item?

A: 14 days. The clock is ticking since you received your order, not since you placed an order. Once you decided to return your unused /unopened item, you should notify us about your decision and get a positive responce from us. Since then you have another 14 days to get it dispatched to us. Q: My order (item) arrived damaged, what should I do? 

A: Please contact us straight away using our Contact Form and report the details. We will tell you what you should do next.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Q: What is it Loyalty program and how to join it?

A: Loyalty Program is our way to reward loyal customers for their co-operation with us. You can join the program by clicking on purple icon in the bottom right of your screen saying "Rewards" (in desktop or tablet versions) or a symbol of shopping bag and heart in mobile phone version of our website. Enter your name, email address and create password - job done!

Q: How it works?

A: Loyalty program works very simple - you get 5 points for every £1 you spend with us. You need to have at least 100 points to redeem it in your next shopping. 100 points equals £1 in a form of discount at the checkout.

Q: Is there any other ways to get points?

A: Yes, of course there is. You will see all available options once you join the programs, such as: for like and share of our Facebook page, for adding your date of Birth and for referring us to your friends.

Q: How to redeem my points?

A: Go to Loyalty Program and open link "All Rewards". You should see a button "Redeem" once you have at least 100 points in your account. When you click "Redeem" you should get a code which you may use at the check out with your next purchase.

Q: What is "Refer your friends" option means and how to use it?

A: This is our way of saying Thank You for referring our shop to your friends. Share the link provided in that section using your Facebook or Twitter account or just sending email with all your friends. Once they shop with us for at least £15 you will get £5 in your Loyalty account which you can redeem without any limitations at check out.

BEAUTY PRODUCT TESTERS CLUB

Q: How can I apply for a Beauty Product Tester Club?

Q: What kind of products available for testing?

A: We aim to promote new brands and products. Most of them are skin care products (for face, eye-zone, hands or body). Please read more information on our Beauty testers Club page.

Q: How many items I may get if my application accepted?

A: Once we decide to proceed with your application, you will get one item for testing. We send you email with more information on how to get an item and which items are available for you to pick. If our co-operation become a success then we may offer you another product for a review.

Q: What if I wish to get another item for testing?

A: You don't have to register again if you wish to get another item for testing. If we found your social media activity related to previous item successful (i.e. great public engagement, post sharing, linking, product orders, etc.), we may continue our mutual cooperation. Of course, we are happy to cooperate with successful bloggers, so, once we have something new for testing, we may consider you as our top priority.
